Archaeologist with expertise in digital survey techniques and 3D data processing, he has been engaged for several years in research focusing on the relationship between survey and digital representation, aimed at enhancing the understanding of archaeological sites and architectural monuments. He is an adjunct lecturer in Thematic Cartography at the School of Specialization in Natural and Territorial Heritage (SSBNT), Sapienza University of Rome. Since 2019, he has served as Director of the archaeological excavation at the site of Tell el‑Maskhuta, Egypt.
