Head of the Orders and Procurement Office in Rome and Procurement Coordinator for all ISPC branches, responsible for the Institute’s overall procurement planning. I coordinate procurement requests submitted by scientific staff and manage procedures involving foreign suppliers through the U‑BUY platform for Institute projects requiring financial reporting (PRIN, PNRR, PRIN‑PNRR, Bilateral Projects, Archaeological Laboratories, European Funds). I oversee procurement procedures both in an administrative capacity and as the Sole Project Manager (RUP), supervising the entire procurement lifecycle, from planning and design to awarding and execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost compliance, documentation verification, and safety oversight.
