She specializes in the planning, management, and financial reporting of research, cooperation, and third-mission projects at regional, national, and European levels within the Cultural Heritage Strategic Area. She holds specific expertise in economic-financial, administrative, and procedural frameworks. Graduated in Conservation of Cultural Heritage, she earned a Master's in European Project Planning and credits from the Executive Master in Management of Research Infrastructures. Throughout her career, she has worked as a consultant for universities and public bodies.
She has developed solid expertise in the technical and administrative management of European projects, with a specific focus on the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe framework programmes. In this context, she has served and continues to serve as the administrative and financial Coordinator Contact for major international initiatives, including E-RIHS IP (GA 101079148), PERCEIVE (GA 101061157), COLOURS (GA 101233413), StratiGraph (GA 101232855), and PlaceMUS XR (GA 101233325).
She has contributed to the technical-administrative management of the strategic PNRR project H2IOSC (Humanities and cultural Heritage Italian Open Science Cloud - IR0000029) and has served as the Administrative Manager for the Institute's PRIN and PNRR projects.
