Expert in financial planning and macroeconomic analysis, I consolidated my professional career within the CNR, specializing in the administrative management and financial reporting of regional and national research projects. I currently manage the administrative coordination and financial reporting of the CHANGES (Cultural Heritage Active Innovation for Sustainable Society) Extended Partnership. As Administrative Manager for the Lead Institute (ISPC), I coordinate management flows between the various CNR institutes and partner organizations distributed across six thematic spokes, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with the PNRR guidelines.

I have actively participated in numerous national projects, providing specialized expertise in supporting research activities.
