Egyptology | Mediterranean Relations | Cultural Diplomacy

Egyptologist, she founded the archaeological mission at Tell el‑Maskhuta (Egypt). Her research focuses in particular on the relationships between ancient Egypt and the Mediterranean world. Having served as Archaeological Attaché at the Italian Archaeological Centre – IIC Cairo, Embassy of Italy in Egypt, she has developed strong expertise in the promotion of bilateral relations and in cultural and scientific diplomacy.
