I’m an architect with a PhD in urban planning, specializing in urban preservation and sustainable rural development. My research agenda mainly addresses plans of urban preservation and post-earthquake reconstruction, as well as strategies and policies for the preservation of small settlements in rural areas, with a focus on China and Central/South-East Asia.
