Archaeologist specialised in the study of Phoenician and Punic culture, particularly of the central-western Mediterranean. He is an expert in material culture through a chronological approach and an analysis of the manufacture and the use of objects. Actively involved in several research projects in Sardinia and at the tofet of Althiburos in Tunisia.
