Research activities concern the urban history of historic cities, in the diachronic evolution of the development of settlements and the reference territory, including the typologies of characteristic rural architecture, through an integrated and interdisciplinary approach of investigation methodologies, cognitive tools and information techniques and technologies (use of computerized design software, image processing, and GIS management).
