Graduated in Humanities and Underwater Archaeology (specializing in commercial navigation during Classical Antiquity in Sicily). Employed at the CNR since 1996, collaborating on national and international research projects. She has held teaching assignments and worked on the enhancement and accessibility of submerged archaeological sites. Her activities include underwater archaeological surveys, both direct and instrumental prospections, as well as the use of dredging equipment, underwater surveying, and documentation techniques.
