Together with the <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">in situ<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"> reconstructions of musical performances in the following century in a courtly context (liturgical celebrations and recreational occasions), a methodological reflection is proposed on the added value that new technologies can bring not only to scientific mediation, but also to research, in this case musicological research, from both a historical and epistemological point of view.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"panel panel-default wpb_accordion_section group  no-block-padding\"><div class=\"panel-heading wpb_accordion_header ui-accordion-header\"><p class=\"panel-title font-weight- text-   icon-size-rg\"><a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion_1099047909\" href=\"#1709805688-2-66171931011725817301090070001730300252351\" data-tab-history=\"true\" data-tab-history-changer=\"push\" data-tab-history-update-url=\"true\"><span>Short Bio<\/span><\/a><\/p><\/div><div data-id=\"1709805688-2-66171931011725817301090070001730300252351\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\"><div class=\"panel-body wpb_accordion_content ui-accordion-content half-internal-gutter single-block-padding\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Vasco Zara<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Vasco Zara<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"> is <\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Professeur<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"> at the Universit\u00e9 de Rouen Normandie, researcher at the UR 3229 C\u00c9R\u00c9dI, and associated member of the Centre d\u2019\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures de la Renaissance (Tours). A specialist in the relationship between music and architecture, he edits the critical edition of Ren\u00e9 Ouvrard 1679<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">, Architecture harmonique, ou application de la doctrine des proportions de la musique \u00e0 l\u2019architecture <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">(Paris: Garnier, 2017). He is the coeditor of <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Proportions. Sciences, musique, peinture et architecture<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"> (Turnhout: Brepols, 2011), <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Daniele Barbaro 1514-1570.
