Archaeology | Ancient Topography | Archaeological Field Survey | Aerial Archaeology | Remote Sensing Analysis | Stone Procurement Studies

Archaeologist specialising in ancient topography, with broad hands-on experience in field survey, stratigraphic excavation and site recording through both direct and instrumental methods. She uses UAV photogrammetry, GNSS and total station equipment to generate accurate survey products, orthomosaics, orthophotos and high-resolution 3D models, for topographic analysis and site documentation.

Her work also covers aerial archaeology and cartographic research, drawing on historical and recent aerial imagery and satellite data, alongside thematic mapping and the systematic organisation and analysis of archaeological datasets.

Her research focuses on the topography of Messapian settlements and their defensive circuits, as well as on ancient stone quarries and the patterns of stone procurement and resource exploitation they reveal.
