Her main interests are cultural interaction and trade, material culture and pottery production. She studies Levantine storage and transport jars in the Late Bronze and Iron Ages, in Syria, Lebanon and Cyprus, and Phoenician and Punic amphorae in Sardinia. She is also interested in the study of interculturalism in the Levant and in the Phoenician Mediterranean.
